Role Description

This full-time, on-site Product Manager Intern role is based in Raipur. The intern will assist in managing the product lifecycle, gathering and analyzing customer requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and enhance product features. Responsibilities include performing market research, assisting with the development of product roadmaps, monitoring product performance, and ensuring that product solutions address user needs and align with company goals. The intern will play a key role in identifying business opportunities and driving innovation in financial solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Product Management concepts, including product lifecycle management and strategy development.
  • Ability to perform Market Research, analyze customer needs, and gather relevant data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking skills to identify business opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Experience in or understanding of financial services or fintech is preferred but not required.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
