Our goal is to make business and leisure travel seamless, efficient, and tailored to our clients' needs.
Job Responsibilities- Promote Viceroy Travels' comprehensive range of travel services to corporate clients, including ticketing, visas, charters, MICE, and leisure travel.
- Actively promote and drive the adoption of our self-booking tool among corporate clients.
- Identify, prospect, and generate leads to secure new corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Present and demonstrate how our services and self-booking tool can enhance travel management for businesses.
- Customize travel solutions and packages based on clients' corporate travel needs and objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while driving growth in new corporate accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, new services, and emerging corporate travel needs.
- Collaborate with the internal team to deliver customized solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the corporate travel industry or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of corporate travel services, including ticketing, visas, charters, and MICE.
- Experience with self-booking tools and/or Travel Management Software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with senior corporate decision-makers and build lasting relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
