Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the team:Implement and support best practices and tools in version control, software development lifecycle management, build management, application distribution and deployment management and other software configuration management practices.What you bring:Developing effective configuration management strategies and solutions for existing and new products.Coordinates, facilitates, manages and controls scheduled and approved change windows for product release and infrastructure maintenance windows.Participates in change management reviews and confirmation of changes submitted by associates outside of assigned organization to ensure minimal disruption occurs.Works with all parties to resolve change-related scheduling conflicts according to established practices.Assesses risks and impacts to changes throughout the software development lifecycle ensuring minimal disruption to the organization and other FIS and client organizations.Ensures proper archiving of software application releases.What you will be doing:3-6 years of core banking exp, working in BFSI domain/Captive development.Experience in requirements analysis, identification of business impacts.Exposure in conducting/participating in product demonstrations and assessment studies.Excellent communication skills - consistency and ease in discussions with leadership team of banks and in-house development teams.Must understand the nuances and dynamics of banking.Must have working experience in Agile.Desired Skills:Shell scripts.Python/PerlGit/JenkinsREST APIWhat we offer you:A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities – FIS is your final career stepA competitive salary and benefitsA variety of career development tools, resources, and opportunities
