Client Communication Executive

Role OverviewYou will be the communication backbone of Lantrn. Your role is to keep clients happy, updated, and confident while ensuring internal teams deliver high-quality work on time. You will coordinate between design, content, marketing, and leadership to maintain smooth operations and build long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities- Maintain daily communication with assigned clients- Take detailed briefs and convert them into clear internal tasks- Coordinate with designers, editors, content writers, and marketers- Ensure timely delivery of all deliverables- Manage revisions, feedback loops, and approvals- Prepare weekly reports and performance updates- Conduct scheduled review calls with clients- Track all ongoing tasks, deadlines, and client requirements- Identify early signs of issues and escalate proactively- Build strong client relationships through consistency and clarityRequired Skills- Excellent spoken and written communication (English + Telugu preferred)- Strong understanding of digital marketing basics- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure- Strong ownership and accountability mindset- Ability to handle client expectations professionally- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Drive, Sheets, and project management toolsExperience- 1–3 years in client servicing, account management, or coordination- Agency experience is an added advantageSalary (Hyderabad Range)₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month(Depending on experience and communication quality)Performance Metrics (KPIs)- Client satisfaction score- On-time delivery rate- Number of escalations- Quality of briefs, reports, and follow-ups- Client retentionHow to ApplyEmail your resume + portfolio (if any) to:Email: Subject line:Application – Client Communication Executive – Your Name- Contact / WhatsApp:
