Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for indirect goodsand services. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-qualityproducts and services, timely deliveries, and cost efficiency.-

Cost Optimization: Analyze and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savingswithout compromising quality or service levels. Continuously monitor and drive cost reductionstrategies.-

Procurement Process: Develop and execute procurement strategies and policies for indirectmaterials and services. Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurementneeds and ensure compliance with established processes.-

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and emergingtechnologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the indirect sourcingprocess.-

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop risk mitigationstrategies to ensure a stable and uninterrupted flow of indirect materials and services.-

Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)with suppliers, ensuring compliance and enforcing contractual terms when needed.-

Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to support decision making and optimize sourcing strategies.Qualifications:-

Proven experience in indirect procurement or sourcing, preferably in a corporate setting.-

Strong negotiation and communication skills.-

Familiarity with procurement software and tools like SAP-

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing procurement activities.-

Analytical and problem-solving skills.-

Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.-

Strong organizational and time management skills.
