Job Title: Contract Manager – IT Managed Services

As a Contract Manager – IT Managed Services, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with assigned Global System Integrators (GSIs) for contract-related matters. Your primary objective will be to put our strategic IT outsourcing contracts under control and optimize their value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and analyze contracts and pricing terms in collaboration with buyers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Manage contract changes and amendments, monitoring performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Resolve any contract-related disputes and maintain strong relationships with GSIs.
  • Collaborate with department operational teams to make their life easier with contract lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the Sourcing & Legal departments to align procurement strategy with department business and transformation objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on GSIs performance, contract status, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of GSIs, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of GSIs to evaluate their adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Manage vendor-related risks and issues, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.
  • Anticipate emerging security threats and regulatory changes to implement appropriate policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize cost and contract value through continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
  • First degree in business, technology, or science.
  • Fluent in English; a command of French is an advantage.
  • Project Management / ITIL certification is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Security and Regulatory constraints when working with third parties.
  • Knowledge of Agile/DevOps/SAFe methodologies.
