Job Description
Service Now implementation – SNOW is CRM system used by HR Service team in SDZ as well as other functions like IT, Procurement. Its ticketing tool which provides guidance to associates to solve their issues via Knowledge articles, virtual chat and if not support by agents in service organization. As SDZ is spin off from NVS, we are implementing own solution build based on out of box SNOW solution which scopes dispatching model, operating model, service catalogue, knowledge articles, reporting etc. We are looking for resources to support implementation within HR.
Process Designer – responsible to document processes, operating model and ensure their adoption by P&O Ops and other stakeholders through proper communication and change management. Participate on the meetings and based on decisions made prepare global processes describing clear responsibilities, process flow and governance. If required document exceptions based on Legal, regulatory or fiscal requirements. Collaborate closely with Project team and deliver any assigned tasks related to operating model design, governance, documentation or process management.

o Support team in alignment on approach of transition, requirements and documentation
o Co-create operating handbook for project and for individual countries as part of transition
o Document aligned processes and WI in central documentation repository
o Understand KT scope, status and potential risks for each country
o Provide guidance to Country SME in case of any questions
* Daily Tasks - participate on the meetings, collect minutes, decisions and next steps, prepare appropriate project documentation, co-design
processes and governance
Requirements English, knowledge of H2R
processes, strong technical savvy – SAP, SNOW, MS Office, MS Teams, Stakeholder management, good communication and change
management skills, process design experience
o Co-design operational transformation with vendor,
o Support team in alignment on approach of transition, requirements and documentation
o Co-create operating handbook for project and for individual countries as part of transition including but not limited to Process design work
o Document aligned processes and WI in central documentation repository
o Understand KT scope, status and potential risks for each country
o Provide guidance to Country SME in case of any questions
To manage operational tasks and activities and develop P&O processes aligned with global P&O strategy, principles and guidelines to a dedicated client group, supporting the implementation of processes / services / continuous improvement in scope.KPI:~ Feedback from internal partners and client groups~ P&O Services delivered on time with the right level of qualityTo manage the P&O function within a complex organization (non-strategic TechOps site, Global Function or similar) or multi-country organization.
