Job Summary:

The PeopleSoft Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of PeopleSoft applications. This role ensures the stability, performance, and security of PeopleSoft environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install & Configure: Setup PeopleSoft environments including servers and databases.
  • Administer & Support: Manage PeopleSoft applications (HRMS, Financials, Campus Solutions).
  • Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize system performance.
  • Security Management: Implement and manage security, roles, and permissions.
  • Upgrades & Migrations: Plan and execute application upgrades and data migrations.
  • Backup & Recovery: Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve application issues and provide technical support.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience:10+ years as a PeopleSoft Administrator.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in PeopleSoft administration and PeopleTools.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management (Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with Linux, UNIX, and Windows.
  • Experience with PUM and Integration Broker.

Certifications (Preferred): PeopleSoft Certified Administrator.
