You will assist in coordinating project tasks, communications, and documentation—helping ensure projects stay on track and stakeholders stay informed.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks and milestonesCoordinate internal teams, meetings, follow-ups, and deliverable handoffsMaintain project documentation, logs, and reports (status updates, risk logs, action items)Communicate with stakeholders (internal teams, clients) to gather input and share updatesSupport in monitoring timelines, deadlines, resource allocation, and dependenciesHelp identify bottlenecks or issues, escalate when needed, and propose solutionsAssist in preparing presentations, dashboards, or metrics reportsUndertake ad hoc coordination tasks to support project success????️ Key Requirements & SkillsStrong organizational and time-management abilityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsInterpersonal skills — comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholdersAbility to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProactive attitude and willingness to learnMBA graduate or equivalent experience OR demonstrable experience in project coordination / managementBasic familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello) is a plus????
