Job Qualification:Diploma in Mech/EEE/ECE with 15 years experience and above (or)BE in Mech /EEE/ECE with 10 years experience and above.Skills / competence required to perform the Job
:Hard Working and Flexible.Knowledge on SMT and System integration.Having good analysis skill for solving the problem.Knowledge of 8D, CAPA, Six Sigma problem Solving methodology.Good interpersonal skills.Team ManagementResponsibilities:Drive production based on Customer demand and adjust schedules as needed.Meet management target such as Efficiency (DL Cost), Spoilage, WIP inventory control, WO aging, MFG supply & Expenses control, Operation Cost saving project, OTD.Resource planning for the upcoming customer demand and forecasts.Advance planning for new product launching activities and monitoring the progress to ensure smooth transition to volume production.Promote, maintain a safe work practice and adherence to establish work procedures to achieve safe Working Environment.Conduct continual quality improvement program coordination with Training Dept such as Kaizen, IPC, Six-Sigma etc..Carrying out periodical GEMBA walk across shop floor to observe actual work processand to explore opportunities for continuous improvementResponsible to adhere & ensure products are produced with good quality and at desirable cost.Liaise among different departments to meet customer deliveries.Handle the internal and external audit programs.Production Improvement committee meeting preparation and meeting executionResponsible to make the Internal Audit Plans and support internal, external AuditsRamp-up models line layout and requirement study and driving the team as per the micro plan.Set and manage production budgets and costs.Should deploy the certified manpower only in the defined process.Active participation in EHS related activities like Identification of aspects and Impacts, HIRA, Emergency preparedness, continuous improvements etc and enable to report about hazardous situations to respective supervisor / department managers as required.
