Job Overview We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Sales Executive to join our team in the Jewelry Industry at our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience in sales, preferably within the jewelry sector. The professional will be key in driving sales and effectively managing client relationships. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to efficiently handle client interactions and data. Excellent communication skills tailored for the luxury goods market to enhance customer experience. Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems for seamless transaction processing and customer service. Solid understanding of gem identification techniques to assess jewelry quality and authenticity. Strong skills in social media marketing to promote products and engage with customers online effectively. Expertise in sales negotiation (Mandatory skill) to secure favorable terms and close high-value sales deals. Experience in jewelry appraisals (Mandatory skill) for accurately evaluating and pricing jewelry items. Competency in inventory management (Mandatory skill) to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce excess stock costs. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the jewelry market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized service. Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase jewelry collections and highlight product features. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, facilitating efficient follow-ups and relationship management. Analyze sales trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales through strategic social media campaigns and events. Conduct jewelry appraisals to assist clients in the selection of products that meet their preferences and budgets.
