The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop marketing strategies for business development within the Zone.
Have to bring in new franchisees to the organization by interviewing and evaluating prospective franchisees, including understanding their inquiries and responding accordingly.
Identify Regions / Territories within the Zone with scope for opening new Franchisees.
Achieving monthly and quarterly targets provided by the management team for self and the team.
Have to handle franchise documentation, agreements, etc.
The Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Education and Other Services industry.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You have working knowledge of achieving targets, communication and business skills
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
