Shifts- Night Shift 07:30 pm to 3:30 am IST) Five days working.
We are looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to join our team and grow with the company.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Senior Tax Accountant with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to join our wonderful team. The Selected Candidate will have a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of clients financial records and will provide a clear picture of the companys financial health. Our client provides a wide range of services including accounting, taxation (both Canadian and US) and business advisory.
Responsibilities
Perform full cycle accounting including monthly reconciliations
Ensuring clients books are kept up-to-date, accurate and organized
Conduct quarterly and annual financial statements and routine corporate reporting
Execute analysis of specific accounts or transactions, as required
Planning and preparation of Year end work, Compilation and Review Engagements
Create requested schedules, reconciliation and foreign exchange translations
Good knowledge and experience of preparing US Tax Program like 1040, 1040NR
Having sound knowledge of Cross Border Expat Taxes (Forms 5471 & 8621)
Good knowledge of preparing Canadian Individual Tax Returns (T1 & T1NR)
Having good expertise in Taxation software especially Ultra Tax,Taxprep, Tax Cycle, Drake or CCH and Possible experience in CaseWare software.
Having possible understanding of Canadian State sales taxes like HST, GST and PST
Understand business activities while identifying areas for improvement
Answer directs inquires from clients on a timely manner also willing to take constructive feedback on file corrections.
Qualifications
2-5 years of work experience in a full cycle accounting role (preferred)
Bachelors degree or Professional Certificate in accounting or related field
CPA/CA designation or working towards a CPA/CA designation
Good experience using accounting and taxation software.
Strong Technical knowledge on accounting principles
Experienced with accrual accounting and working with multiple currencies

Demonstrate keen attention to detail and accuracy
Able to use tact, discretion and maintain confidentiality
