What the role is all about:

We are seeking a Platform Specialist - HubSpot (3-5 years' experience) to join our Financial Services team at REA Cyber City.

Financial Services sits at the unique juncture of REA Group's vast consumer audience on realestate.com.au, the nationally recognised Mortgage Choice brand, and the unparalleled property data and insights offered by PropTrack. We are working to bring these elements together to deliver true innovation in how Australians find and finance property.

You will work with cutting-edge technologies alongside talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will follow agile software development practices such as test-driven development, continuous delivery, and pair programming. You will form a part of a small cross-functional team and will make a contribution to the success of the team's mission.

As a Platform Specialist - HubSpot you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining HubSpot CRM, custom objects, workflows, and automations in a collaborative team. You will follow agile software development practices such as test-driven development and continuous delivery.

While no two days are likely to be the same, your typical responsibilities will include:

  • Implement and maintain HubSpot CRM working closely with HubSpot team to ensure workflows, automations and configurations are in place as intended.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, review in accordance to designed solutions and troubleshoot HubSpot issues.
  • Configure and optimize HubSpot features such as custom objects, forecasting tools, and admin-related functionalities.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize HubSpot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions for scalability and reliability.
  • Stay updated with HubSpot platform updates, new features, and industry trends to leverage them in enhancing our CRM solutions

Who we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in implementing and administering HubSpot CRM, using HubSpot CMS Hub, and with a strong focus on custom objects, workflows, and automations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • HubSpot certification (e.g., HubSpot Certified Administrator) is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver effective CRM solutions that meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of cost management, and the various functionalities and limitations within HubSpot across Professional and Enterprise platform platforms and other add-ons
  • Experience in integrating third-party applications and APIs with HubSpot CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and practices.
