Company Description**

Oneiros is a multi-purpose fitness center and health club located in Adajan and Katargam, Surat, dedicated to the holistic self-development of its community. It is a semi-governmental establishment promoting fitness routines, yogic practices, sports, games, and complete nutritional facilities. Our vision is to enhance fitness and health awareness in our community and provide expert and advanced training for sports and swimming in Surat.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at ONEIROS The Sports Club, located in Surat. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns, managing social media accounts, conducting market research, and analyzing marketing data. Other duties include coordinating promotional events, overseeing the production of marketing materials, and collaborating with the management team to boost membership engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and content creation
  • Skills in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform marketing decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to organize and manage promotional events
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the fitness or health industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools is an advantage
