Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Surat. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies, create and manage marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and analyze trends to enhance the company's brand presence. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives and supervising the marketing team to achieve targeted goals.

Qualifications

  • Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Management skills
  • Market Research, Data Analysis, and Trend Analysis experience
  • Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Creation skills
  • Team Leadership and Project Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Surat
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
