As a Salesforce Admin & Developer, you will be the linchpin between our financial operations and Salesforce platform. You'll be responsible for customizing, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce to ensure seamless financial data flow, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

  • Customize and configure Salesforce to support financial data flows and reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across financial modules.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements

Must to Have:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and development.
  • Strong understanding of financial data structures and workflows within Salesforce (e.g., revenue, billing, invoicing, forecasting).
  • Proven experience in customizing Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., ERP systems, financial tools).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer certification.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with FinancialForce, Accounting Seed, or other Salesforce-native financial apps.
  • Familiarity with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools.
  • Knowledge of data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, Talend).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of compliance and data governance in financial systems

Technical Skills:

  • Languages: Apex, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
  • Tools: Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Platforms: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FinancialForce (optional)
  • Version Control: Git, Bitbucket
  • CI/CD: Salesforce DX, Jenkins (optional)
  • Reporting: Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, Einstein Analytics (optional)
