KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist and support the Director in the decision-making process through comprehensive analysis of various MIS and business reports.
  • Interact with functional heads to gather necessary inputs for high-quality analysis. Coordinate and supervise data and information requirements from multiple units, corporate groups, and departments.
  • Coordinate with the Director on daily operational activities.
  • Drive decision-making that fosters medium and long-term improvements.
  • Establish and review key strategic priorities, translating them into comprehensive strategic plans.
  • Monitor the execution of strategic plans using ERP systems and project management software.
  • Facilitate and drive key strategic initiatives from inception.
  • Ensure departmental and unit strategic planning projects align with organizational strategic priorities.
  • Translate strategies into actionable and measurable plans.
  • Mobilize and manage teams responsible for executing strategies.
  • Act as a resource across the organization to enhance overall cohesion and support for strategic plans.


REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:


Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners.
  • Expert level is written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
  • Emotional maturity.
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.


Qualification and Experience:

  • Any BE Graduate (From good institutions)
  • 4 to 6 years of similar & quality experience with growing manufacturing groups/ Corporates & known for latest in Technology, Processes, Automation, Certifications, Reporting etc.


Salary would be in line with the experience.
