Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI Agent Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing AI-driven agents, particularly in the context of Generative AI (Gen AI), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will contribute to the development of Vertical AI Agents tailored for SaaS and workflow products, integrating cutting-edge AI technologies. This role requires experience in AI agent development and audit technology. You will be instrumental in building scalable AI solutions that provide valuable insights and automation for diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Agent Development (Gen AI, RAG, LLM):

Design, develop, and implement Generative AI agents leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex domain-specific challenges.

Integrate Gen AI technologies to enable the creation of contextually accurate, human-like responses for various SaaS workflows, automating business processes.

Work with advanced AI techniques (e.g., reinforcement learning, deep learning, NLP) to build intelligent agents capable of learning and evolving within real-time workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

2+ years of experience working with AI/ML technologies.

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).

Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Claude) and NLP techniques.

Experience with Agentic frameworks like Langgraph, Autogen etc.

Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environmen
