Job Description - Eternal Oasis - Accountant & Revenue Executive Job Title: Accountants & Revenue Executive About Eternal Oasis Eternal Oasis is an expansive three-story center featuring two large multipurpose halls, a pavilion for art galleries, meditation hall, 30 guest rooms, and flexible spaces tailored for creativity and infinite expression. It’s a space for stillness and self-care, performances, and immersive workshops. The centre is poised to become a landmark destination for seekers, art, yoga, dance, music, pilates, meditation and other recreational practices. Location: Eternal Oasis, 591A, Sector 42 Main Rd, opposite Shiv Nadar School, Gurugram, Haryana Experience: 2-3 Years Industry: Institutional Experience Preferred Department: Finance & Revenue Management Employment Type: Full-Time Hours of Operations: 10am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, Saturday as per need Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Revenue Executive with a strong foundation in accounts management and hands-on experience in Zoho, SAP or more upgraded solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience for managing accounting operations, overseeing revenue strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial standards. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance: Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and cash flow. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. Use Zoho, SAP or similar such softwares for managing entries, generating reports, and maintaining accurate books of accounts. Coordinate with the CA office for monthly, quarterly, and annual audits. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Prepare invoicing and calculation of partners rental and payables Revenue Management: Analyze pricing strategies, and market demand to optimize flexible spaces & multipurpose halls Collaborate with sales and partners to determine a suitable revenue stream Track and report daily transactions with various partners and recommend system and process improvements Recommend and implement yield management techniques to improve profitability. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Accounting, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts and revenue roles Strong analytical and numerical skills. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to work independently Interpersonal skills should be strong Making analytical reports for decision making . Skillset Required: Forecasting, Financial Statements, Compliance, Invoicing, Budgeting, accounting, sap, zoho, GST, tds, forecasting, financial statements, mis report, balance sheet, profit & loss , cash flow, ledger, bank reconciliation, account receivable / payable
