How You Will Contribute: Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and operational functions such as Month-End Closing, Variance Analysis, and Accrual Accounting. Maintain and monitor Prepaid Amortization schedules, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Manage Lease Accounting in accordance with applicable standards (e.g., IFRS 16, ASC 842). Conduct detailed Variance Analysis for financial statements and budgets, delivering actionable insights. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Statutory Auditors, providing necessary documentation, reconciliations, and explanations during audits. Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations while addressing inquiries related to financial reporting and audits. The Must Haves: Chartered Accountant (CA), CA Intermediate (CA Inter), M.Com, or MBA in Finance. 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including IFRS and GAAP. Nice to Haves: Experience with Oracle or other large ERP systems. Familiarity with US GAAP and STAT reporting. Background in supporting statutory audits, tax audits, and preparing indirect tax and Corporate Income Tax filings. #LI-MP2 Not ready to apply?
