Job Details:
1 A qualified digital marketer with 5+ years of demonstrable experience of digital marketing, lead generation, social media management, internal and external client handling, leading a team of graphic designers, social media managers and content writers.
2. Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
3. Must have a demonstrated leadership quality to manage a team of 10-12 people and must be able to get approvals for social media posts, minimize rejection from managements & clients.
4. Must be able to make a social media calendar, banking of graphic videos & contents so that reach & engagement increase exponentially.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
6. Should have contacts with business houses & creative talents and should be able to finalized deals and give pre & post production support.
7. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, heading a team
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
