OPERATIONS
Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted function that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.

OUR IMPACT
Loan Quality Assurance and Reporting : Responsible for capturing and maintaining Critical Reference Data for Corporate Loans and Commercial Real Estate :Loans. The team reviews agreements and interprets reference data from Loan agreements and updates the firms risk management system. Team also ensures that reference data is maintained accurately based on changes when there are amendments to agreements. The team is also involved in various aspects of Regulatory Reporting by working closely with Controllers, Credit, Reg Reporting Teams and technology. Corporate Loan Servicing team and Real Estate Servicing Teams are responsible for managing ongoing life-cycle life-cycle events on Loan Portfolios. These include events such as Drawdowns, Paydowns, Interest and Fee Events. This team also ensures Firm's loan positions are accurate and work closely with stakeholders in the Risk, Finance, Credit, Controllers and Technology teams.
JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Supervise and manage the team which includes both Analysts and Associate, providing them the necessaryguidance, mentorship and feedback.
•Partner with internal Stakeholders (such as Business, Technology, Risk and Controllers) to understandbusiness requirements and implement changes to support growth.
•This is a highly collaborative role and such requires the capability to work effectively with a diverse range ofprofessionals both internally and externally, covering a wide variety of products and functions. The main areasof responsibility will be:
•Prepare to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Loan product lifecycle by interacting with Business,Credit, Legal, Controllers, Risk, Technology and Compliance to effectively manage Risk, Uplift ourinfrastructure and provide first class Client Service.
•Showcase your attention to detail by ensuring all process Risk is mitigated and Completion of critical activities
•Leverage your analytical and quantitative skills to understand complex regulatory requirements and ensureOps are complaint with the relevant regulatory asks.
•Grow with the team; develop a deeper understanding of complex transactions and work with our businesspartners to strengthen process Controls thereby reducing risk and Ops effort.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of eight years of experience in financial services preferably dealing withdocumentation and regulatory reporting.
•Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention todetail.
•Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal andexternal clients with differing levels of product experience.
•Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strongorganizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
•Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment.
•Excellent written communication and presentations skills
•Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
•Proficiency in using data analytics tools preferred.
•Fast learner with the ability to process large amounts of information to determine operational requirementsand potential issues.
•Documentation and Regulatory reporting experience would be preferred.
