Job Summary
As a Vice President within the Client Reporting group, you will be responsible to manage the Funds Publishing team which is responsible for the production and the publishing of various fund marketing collaterals such as Funds and model portfolio Factsheets, Commentaries, Fund Stories, Strategy stories etc.
As a part of Global Client Reporting team, you will be responsible to partner and collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization such as Investment Specialists, Performance Analytics Group, Product Strategy, Digital Marketing, Compliance etc. and ensure the timely availability of the data/content that goes into various collaterals and marketing materials. You will also work with our strategic vendors and tech partners to ensure that the data on these documents are accurate and these documents are published on JP Morgan Internal applications and also on JP Morgan website as per the agreed upon schedule.
As a Lead of the team based out of Bangalore, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the team.
Job Responsibilities
Ownership and oversight of the function, making sure that all the deliverables are completed with highest accuracy & timeliness. Good Understanding of various asset class such as Equity, Fixed Income, Multi Asset Solutions etc. is essential. Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to the team and ensure a high quality output. Build a high performing team with a focus on ensuring a strong Diversity, Equity and Inclusive culture. Complete various ad-hocs and change management requests & other tasks as assigned. Partner with Transformation office, Chief Data Office and Technology teams to drive & execute strategic initiatives. Steer local and global strategic initiatives on process improvements, transformation and control enhancement for the team. Develop domain expertise across all functions within the team by continuous up-skilling through in-person and online trainings Working with Client Reporting’s dedicated automation specialists and Technology partners to deliver automated, scalable solutions. Ad-hoc projects - Working with various individuals and groups on projects related to different asset groups/strategies.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
