We are seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within our organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.

- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.

- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to support project objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and optimize project delivery.

- Mentor and coach project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Minimum of (X) years of experience in project management or program management roles.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

- Experience working in (industry/sector) is highly desirable.
