Data Analyst

Responsibilitiesof Data Analyst

  • Collaborate withstakeholders to manage a longterm analytic roadmap that balancesthe tactical and strategic needs of the business

  • improve customer experiences bydeveloping bar raising metrics selfservice tools and deep analysesthat drive actionable insights
  • Proactively identify opportunity areas for improvementincluding deep dive investigations and processes to better serveour customers
  • Drivethe vision building and adoption of selfservice analyticcapabilities; develop these capabilities at scale
  • Understand data resources andknow when how and which best to use for each project
  • Ability to frame and break downcomplex business problems into key components and recommendpractical solutions
  • Monitor key performance metrics and use data to identifyactionable opportunities to increase efficiency and makehighquality decisions that drive performanceimprovements
  • Build acollaborative team environment that fosters efficient executioninnovation and continuous improvement
  • Develop and support the analyticaltechnologies that give our team timely flexible and structuredaccess to their data

Requirements for DataAnalyst

  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Advanced SQL and data modelingskills
  • Proficientusing at least one data visualization product (Looker TableauQuickSight etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills arerequired
  • Highlycollaborative with an ability to optimally secure inputs frompartner teams
  • Abilityto think strategically formulate appropriate analytical solutionsand execute in order to solve business needs
