Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Engineer to join our technology team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications by designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to deliver high-quality software products.

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
  • Develop, document, and execute test cases (manual and automated).
  • Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Ensure that software applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
  • Maintain and update test automation frameworks and tools where applicable.
  • Provide detailed test reports, metrics, and recommendations for process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with SQL and scripting for test data validation.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
