Location: OMR, Chennai
We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounts Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance for our organization. This role involves ensuring financial stability, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle GST filing, returns, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.- Prepare and submit financial reports, including monthly and annual statements.- Oversee the preparation, accuracy, and timely submission of invoices and payment reports.- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.- Monitor and report on the Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of revenue, expenses, and other key financial indicators to guide strategic decision-making and achieve long-term business objectives.- Assist in cash flow management, accounts reconciliation, and audits.- Develop and manage financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS.- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets.- Lead and mentor the finance team, driving collaboration and performance.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS) and tax regulations.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and financial modeling.
- Leadership Skills:
Proven experience managing and developing a team, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Analytical Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail:
Accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
- Compliance Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of financial compliance regulations and internal control best practices.
