Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills to ensure alignment on project goals. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience. Ability to analyze business processes and recommend Salesforce-based solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Requirements Gathering & Documentation, Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements through workshops, interviews, and use cases. Salesforce configuration skills such as creating workflows, approval processes, custom objects, and reports/dashboards. Familiarity with data management, primary Salesforce tools, and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. Critical thinking in analyzing requirements and proposing scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence, and ability to manage time and priorities effectively. Ability to collaborate across teams and assist with project planning, testing, training, and deployment phases. Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to maximize platform utilization. Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or related Salesforce certifications.
