Job Role: Marketing Associate – Offline Field MarketingAs a Marketing Associate at Physicswallah Vidyapeeth , you will play a critical role in establishing our presence in the Bharuch, Gujarat region through effective offline marketing strategies. You will be responsible for driving B2B sales, generating leads, connecting with locals, and organizing brand campaigns. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness and building long-lasting relationships with educational institutions in the region.Key Responsibilities:B2B Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with locals, educational institutions, and other potential partners to drive business growth.Lead Generation: Execute marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and expand the customer base.Offline Marketing: Implement and manage offline marketing strategies, including flyers, posters, events, and other local initiatives to promote the brand and services.School Outreach: Identify and connect with schools in the local area to offer educational services, build partnerships, and establish a presence in the community.Campaign Organization: Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with local schools and educational events.Brand Promotion: Organize offline brand activations, events, and campaigns to promote PW Vidyapeeth in the local community.Market Research: Stay updated with local educational trends, school activities, and competitor actions to identify marketing opportunities.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum of 2 + year of experience in offline marketing and sales, preferably in the education sector.Knowledge of offline marketing strategies and techniques.Experience in B2B sales or marketing, particularly in the education sector, is a plus.Based in Bharuch , with a good understanding of the local market and community.Strong connections with local schools or educational institutions is highly preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns independently.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Attributes:Strong local network and understanding of the Bharuch educational ecosystem.Creative and strategic thinker, capable of organizing events and marketing campaigns.Energetic, proactive, and passionate about educational growth and development.Important Notes:This is an offline marketing role requiring on-site presence in Bharuch.The role is highly focused on B2B sales , relationship-building, and offline promotional activities.
