About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager – US Partnership Tax to lead tax compliance and advisory engagements for a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate should have in-depth experience in U.S. federal and partnership taxation, excellent project management skills, and a proactive approach to client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and review U.S. Federal and Partnership tax filings, including Forms 1065, 1120, 1040, and 1041
Oversee tax engagements, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and client communication
Provide strategic tax advice for clients in corporate, partnership, private wealth, and trust sectors
Manage a team of tax professionals and mentor junior staff
Conduct technical tax research and ensure compliance with federal regulations
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet tight deadlines
Utilize tax software such as CCH and UltraTax for efficient compliance and reporting
Qualifications:
6+ years of relevant U.S. tax experience, with a strong focus on Partnership Tax
Proficiency in forms 1065, 1120, 1040, and 1041
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Enrolled Agent (EA) or similar certification (in progress or completed)
Prior Big 4 experience or equivalent is strongly preferred
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Familiarity with tax software tools – CCH , UltraTax (a plus)
