About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager – US Partnership Tax to lead tax compliance and advisory engagements for a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate should have in-depth experience in U.S. federal and partnership taxation, excellent project management skills, and a proactive approach to client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and review U.S. Federal and Partnership tax filings, including Forms 1065, 1120, 1040, and 1041
  • Oversee tax engagements, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and client communication
  • Provide strategic tax advice for clients in corporate, partnership, private wealth, and trust sectors
  • Manage a team of tax professionals and mentor junior staff
  • Conduct technical tax research and ensure compliance with federal regulations
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet tight deadlines
  • Utilize tax software such as CCH and UltraTax for efficient compliance and reporting

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of relevant U.S. tax experience, with a strong focus on Partnership Tax
  • Proficiency in forms 1065, 1120, 1040, and 1041
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Enrolled Agent (EA) or similar certification (in progress or completed)
  • Prior Big 4 experience or equivalent is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Familiarity with tax software tools – CCH, UltraTax (a plus)
