RIECO Industries Ltd. is seeking dynamic and results-driven Strategic Sales Account Managers to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic customer accounts within the Industry segment. As a key member of our sales team, you will push boundaries to achieve targets and contribute significantly to our business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through strategic account management in the Industry segment.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Generate leads, convert opportunities into sales, and achieve sales targets.
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers, taking full ownership of ongoing projects, customer receivables, system issues, and problem resolutions.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Create and negotiate contracts to secure business deals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and lead generation.
- Expertise in creating sales presentations and negotiating contracts.
- Ability to maintain and build strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) business, including experience with tenders, RFPs, and addressing specific customer pain points.
