- Stakeholder Management: Effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with organizational goals and objectives.

- Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, with experience in creating project plans, timelines, and deliverables tracking to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Developed custom Lightning components and Visualforce pages to enable financial advisors to track client portfolios, analyze investment performance, and execute trades directly within Salesforce.

- Configured automated workflows and approval processes to streamline client onboarding, loan origination, and compliance documentation review processes, reducing manual errors and accelerating time to market.

- Implemented integrations with core banking systems, wealth management platforms, and regulatory reporting tools to provide a holistic view of client financial data and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Provided training and support to financial advisors, relationship managers, and back-office staff to drive adoption of Salesforce and maximize productivity gains and ROI.
