  • Identify and source reliable suppliers

  • Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
  • Negotiate prices and payment terms
  • Maintain records of goods ordered and received
  • Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams
  • Track delivery schedules and follow up with vendors
  • Ensure materials meet quality standards
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder when needed
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues
