We areseeking an experienced and highly skilled Engineering graduate with8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Kinaxis RapidResponse.The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between our internalteams and the Kinaxis team ensuring seamless communication andproject execution. This role requires a deep understanding ofSupply Chain Management processes and the ability to translatecomplex requirements into detailed Business Requirements Documentstesting scenarios and test plans. Additionally the candidate willbe responsible for leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) anddeveloping analytics solutions using Power BI and advanced Excelfeatures.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Collaborateclosely with internal teams to gather and understand theirrequirements for SCM optimization using KinaxisRapidResponse.
- Developcomprehensive BRDs that align with business objectives andtechnicalcapabilities.
- Designand implement effective testing scenarios test plans and lead UATto ensure solutions meet businessneeds.
- Utilizeadvanced analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel to analyse datacreating insightful dashboards power queries andreports.
- Serveas a consultant facilitating communication and project alignmentbetween Cyient DLM and the Kinaxisteam.
- Continuouslymonitor project progress identifying potential issues and proposinginnovativesolutions.
- Ensureall solutions adhere to industry best practices and companystandards.
Requirements
RequiredSkills andQualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in Engineering or a relatedfield.
- 810years of experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse as afunctionalconsultant.
- Strongknowledge of SCM processes and the ability to apply this knowledgein a consultingcapacity.
- Proficiencyin analytics tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel includingdashboards power queries and advancedfunctions.
- Exceptionalbusiness communication skills capable of bridging the gap betweenIT and nonITstakeholders.
- Provenability to work effectively both as a team member andindependently.
- Strongproblemsolving skills and the ability to thinkanalytically.
DesiredSkills:
- Certificationsin Kinaxis RapidResponse Power BI or related fields (Good tohave)
- Experiencein project management and agile methodologies (Good tohave)
- Familiaritywith other SCM or ERP systems is aplus.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree inEngineering or a related field. 8-10 years of experience workingwith Kinaxis RapidResponse as a functional consultant. Strongknowledge of SCM processes and the ability to apply this knowledgein a consulting capacity. Proficiency in analytics tools such asPower BI and advanced Excel, including dashboards, power queries,and advanced functions. Exceptional business communication skills,capable of bridging the gap between IT and non-IT stakeholders.Proven ability to work effectively both as a team member andindependently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability tothink analytically. Desired Skills: Certifications in KinaxisRapidResponse, Power BI, or related fields (Good to have)Experience in project management and agile methodologies (Good tohave) Familiarity with other SCM or ERP systems is aplus.
