Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Haveli. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, which includes recruiting, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also work closely with other departments to develop and implement HR policies and strategies to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Broadly, the duties are underlined for Payroll, Recruitment, HR Admin
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience in training and development, and benefits administration
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with HR software and systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Work Hours
: Monday to Saturday 10AM to 6PM
Location
: Bhosari, PCMC, Pune.
