Responsibilities • Understand requirements, design, and development of various projects. • Self-driven, good communication and average project mgmt. skills • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements. • Develop and customize Technical documents as per business needs. • Document technical process documents for the technology having no knowledge, • Knowledge on confluence/Jira.  Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications • BE/B Tech/MCA • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • BA/Technical Writing experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements. • Develop and customize Technical documents as per business needs. • Document technical process documents for the technology having no knowledge, • Knowledge on confluence/Jira. • Should know how to draw diagrams/flowchart using available tools like visio. • Collaborate with development team, business analysts and project managers to gather and document requirements for the project. • Good communication skills • Should be able to drive conversations, gather information, document them and escalate when help is needed.
