Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Designer/Product Developer at Mittal International in Panipat. The Head Designer/Product Developer will be responsible for leading a team of creative designers, overseeing day-to-day design activities, and driving innovation in design and product development. They will collaborate closely with clients and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality home textile products.

Qualifications

Experience in home textile design and product developmentStrong leadership and management skillsProficiency in design software and toolsKnowledge of global trends in floor coverings and home textilesExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesFamiliarity with India's weaving heritage and modern business practicesBachelor's degree in Design or related fieldPrior experience working with global retail brands is a plus
