Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Designer/Product Developer at Mittal International in Panipat. The Head Designer/Product Developer will be responsible for leading a team of creative designers, overseeing day-to-day design activities, and driving innovation in design and product development. They will collaborate closely with clients and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality home textile products.


Qualifications

  • Experience in home textile design and product development
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Proficiency in design software and tools
  • Knowledge of global trends in floor coverings and home textiles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with India's weaving heritage and modern business practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
  • Prior experience working with global retail brands is a plus
