Achieve your ambitions – join us at JLLRole Summary:We currently have an exciting opportunity for a AFM - Soft Services in Reading. The Executive will lead a team to ensure management of the day-to-day Hygiene Management for assigned property/facility, and support the India Operations Manager by being the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client. The role will have responsibility for end-to-end cleaning of all areas within the facility as per schedule and ensure we provide hygiene environment at client facilities. Customer Service is a key part of this role to ensure our business’ customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met.What the job involves:Hygiene ManagementWorkspaces and Conference RoomsBreakout / Cafeteria cleanlinessCommon area cleanlinessDaily / weekly/ monthly/ 54week checklist cleaning mechanismsEnsure routine update in cleaning App on timely basisReport ManagementMaintain all checklists for audit purposeMaintain all documents for audit purposeSuggest / Recommend changes or inputs required to enhance / optimize processEnsure routine update of database for future referenceStock ManagementMaintain all cleaning agents and toiletries appropriatelyMaintain all PPE’s appropriatelyManage Minimum Order Quantity and Reorder Quantity on timely basisEnsure sufficient stock of all HK related materials for specific site/city at any point of timeTeam ManagementManage agreed manpower count as per POEnsure quick backfilling of open positionsEnsure Team Morale is high alwaysShould not be biased or partial on taking any actionsObserve the performance of the team consistently and provide multiple opportunities to grow.Support FM functions in case of necessityShould play a role of touchpoint for Employees communityGather requirements / requests and channel with respective functionsLead the requests end to end and ensure delivery with quality and within time limitBring out the challenges quickly to respective leaders / forums for quick resolutionsSite Operations ManagementRecommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operationsSupport other FM functions based on crisis as a cross function to balance eco systemLiason with vendors for programs, events and ensure smooth execution24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is requiredRisk ManagementEnsure a property risk management program including audits is implemented and maintainedEnsure disaster recovering and business continuity plans are implemented and maintainedEnsure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and in placeAssist in the development of guidelines and strategies to ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle’s business conductAchieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level AgreementSounds like you?
