Gulf Researcher is a leading research firm in the Middle East, providing bespoke and on-demand research for its clients spanning various domains. With our headquarters in Bahrain, we have recently expanded our operations internationally and have set up a new office in Gurgaon, India. Responsibilities

Office coordinator

  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies such as stationery, kitchen supplies, and furniture
  • Maintaining office services as required such as cleaning and maintenance
  • Assisting in vendor relationship management
  • Maintaining the general upkeep of the office
  • Organizing and filing documents
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying and printing
  • Coordinating and organizing team events such as wellness activities, CSR events, outbound activities etc.

Reception/front desk

  • Greeting visitors with a positive and friendly attitude and connecting them with the appropriate party
  • Maintaining security by following procedures, updating visitor logbook, monitoring CCTV, and issuing visitor badges
  • Answering the phone in a timely and professional manner and directing calls to the correct person
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Preparing meeting rooms

Additional administrative responsibilities

  • Preparing and organizing welcome packs including new joiner kit, and company give-aways
  • Onboarding interns and new employees
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Updating company intranet
  • Co-ordinate with stakeholders across offices for events and communications


Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration function of a fast-growing organization
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Courteous and presentable
  • Strong customer service skills
