We are looking for a skilled **Office Coordinator** to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

Ø Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

Ø Maintain files and records with effective filing systems

Ø Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)

Ø Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office

Ø Monitor office expenditures and handle all office activities.

Ø Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.

Ø Assist in vendor relationship management

**Requirements and skills**:
Ø Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role

Ø Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures

Ø Basic knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and accounting software

Ø Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Ø Reliable with patience and professionalism

**Job Location**:Guru gram

**Working Days**:Monday to Saturday (10AM to 7PM)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
