Title: Manager Location: Bangalore Reports To: Finance Controller Employment Type: Full-Time Number for Roles: 1 Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead and oversee Clients interacting with the clients for all the activities as per SLA covering accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Supporting the Month end close activities and providing essential financial reporting Etc. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to scale AP processes for a rapidly growing client base of You Tubers and influencers. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the AP department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all AP transactions. Supervise, mentor, and develop AP professionals and senior AP staff to build a high-performing team. Be the single point of contact for the client to ensure high quality service and respond to queries, concerns and provide client satisfaction. Establish, implement, and continuously improve AP policies, processes, and internal controls. Oversee cleanup, coding, and reconciliation of bank transactions for 150+ new clients onboarded each month. Partner with client service teams to ensure AP processes meet the unique needs of creators, You Tubers, and influencers. Monitor AP metrics, prepare dashboards, and report to senior leadership on performance, trends, and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal audit requirements. Drive automation and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability of AP operations. Resolve escalated issues, complex discrepancies, or vendor/client disputes in a timely manner. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, tax, and operations teams to align AP with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will be also responsible for managing team of 5-7 people and interacting with the clients for all the activities as per SLA covering accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Supporting the Month end close activities and providing essential financial reporting Etc. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred). 10–15 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Proven expertise in managing high-volume AP operations in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of AP processes, reconciliations, transaction coding, and compliance requirements. Proficiency with accounting software (Quick Books Online, Xero, or similar) and AP automation tools. Working knowledge about various prepaid and credit card applications like Travel Card, Ramp, Divvy etc., preferred. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, particularly in client-facing situations. Experience working with digital creators, You Tubers, or influencer clients is highly desirable.
