Finance Manager Management Accounting Team

Our Client is a leading organisation in the real estate industry and is looking for the following profile- Manager/ Lead Manager – Finance CA with 10+ Yrs of experience (Additional qualification of CS is a plus) City Finance Head – Bangalore Ops Effective Communication, Analytical Skills, Financial modelling, Cost Management, Budgeting & forecasting, Financial Accounting Standards and Practices, Tax Laws and Tax Planning Skills, Internal Controls, Debt Raising, SEZ Acts. Assist to manage the Bangalore Business Finance Function in delivering the whole spectrum of financial support to the business, including (but not limited to): Budgeting, forecasting while coordinating cross functional teams and monitoring budget through system and analyzing variances. Handle Project financing, working capital financing and preparation of reports for funding with banks and Institutions. Provide support to management for decisions like pricing, project evaluation, assessment of funding requirements etc. including contract structuring for tax effectiveness. Ensure Financial risk management initiatives and compliances with ERM Leakage management through control mechanism and periodic reviews of revenue, various agreements, recovery, and other onetime assignments Well versed in preparation of financial models, support in analyzing various business decisions through computing IRR etc. Banking, raising and deployment of short-term funds to ensure smooth cash flow. Conversant with Ind-AS and IFRS, Company acts and related procedural laws, SEZ provisions Direct and Indirect taxation, RBI regulations, FEMA,
