About the Role We’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, ownership, and energy to fast-moving projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams from product to design to tech ensuring that deliverables are on track, deadlines are met, and communication flows seamlessly. Job Details Location: South Delhi, New Delhi Experience: 3+ Years Work Schedule: 6 days a week Budget: Upto 6 Lpa + Esops Responsibilities Own and manage the engineering and cross-functional roadmap, ensuring clarity in priorities and timelines. Run engineering syncs, backlog reviews, and ensure teams meet their commitments. Track progress, identify bottlenecks early, and escalate them to leadership for quick resolution. Maintain ticket hygiene, documentation, deadlines, and structured workflow across product and engineering. Collate requirements from non-engineering teams and present them clearly to engineering/product. Ensure all action items shared with the Founder, engineering, or product teams are tracked and completed on time. Facilitate periodic catch-ups between engineers and leadership, while assisting with scheduling and coordination. Requirements 1+ year of experience in project or program management. Strong organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple moving parts. Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to manage without authority. Fast learning ability with good understanding of product and technical context. Structured and detail-oriented working style with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to identify issues early and drive them to closure proactively. Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, Jira, or Trello is a plus.
