Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy custom entities, plugins, workflows, and business rules within Dynamics 365. Customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements. Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Services . Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical designs. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot system issues. Support upgrades, version migrations, and system enhancements. Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and governance . Technical Skills Required: Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service). Proficiency in C#,. NET, Java Script, Power Automate, and Power Apps . Experience with Custom Connectors, Web Resources, and SSRS/Power BI Reports . Knowledge of Dataverse, Azure Functions, and API integration . Familiarity with Dev Ops processes (builds, pipelines, CI/CD for D365).
