About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with expertise in GenAI/NLP integration to design, build, and scale AI-driven applications. You will work on developing high-performance backend services, integrating cutting-edge GenAI/NLP models, and enabling scalable API-driven solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate closely with data scientists, solution architects, and business teams to deliver impactful AI solutions at scale. You will be part of a highly skilled engineering team, contributing to the development of AI-first products and solutions that transform how organizations harness data and AI for decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Core Python Development: 4–8 years of hands-on experience.
  • GenAI/NLP Integration: Proven experience in integrating and scaling GenAI or NLP solutions as services.
  • Data Processing: Strong knowledge of Pandas, Dask; PySpark (optional).
  • API Development: Expertise in RESTful API design and development.
  • Frameworks: Mandatory experience with FastAPI (must-have), (Flask, or Django optional).
  • Databases: (one from each category).
  • a. Relational: PostgreSQL / MySQL.
  • b. NoSQL / Vector DB: MongoDB, Pinecone, Amazon Bedrock Vector Store or Amazon OpenSearch Serverless.

DevOps/Cloud

  • Experience with Docker, AWS Lambda, S3, ECS/EKS.
  • CI/CD familiarity is a must.
  • Version Control: Proficient with Git.

Good to Have

  • Experience deploying ML/GenAI models to production.
  • Knowledge of Agentic frameworks is a plus (Langgraph, Langchain, etc).
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering or LLM fine-tuning.
