Job Description:Description:As an expert SAP Native HANA with ABAP and BW knowledge he/she should understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement and source code auditing.The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using an agile mind-set and methodology.As an Airbus employee integrated within a subcontracting development team,

your role will be to support as technical lead on applications knowledge & urgent needs , by challenging the solution proposed.

Qualification & Experience:As an expert SAP Native HANA developer, he/she should understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement and source code auditing.

The candidate will join the Customer Services team providing digital solutions to manage business processes throughout the Airbus group wide. As such, he/she needs to have a strong customer focus.

The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using an agile mind-set and methodology.

Graduate with 6-10 years of experience at least

in Native HANA Development.Minimum 3 year experience in SAP BW on HANA Development.Minimum 2 year of experience in SAP ABAP development.Interfaces:Able to design, develop, debug interfaces to and from SystemDesign, develop and maintain custom developments in SAPSubstantial experience in performance tuning programs that are time/resource intensiveExperience in working with code versioning => notes internes Hanastudio , Web IDE, GIT HubPerformance Monitoring on SAP HANAGood Knowledge on HANA Objects ( Table Functions , SQL, CV, Database Procedure, ...)Good Knowledge in HTML5, Java Script, ABAP coding, JSON and XML…Data visualization (SAC , Qlik…)

ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape

Define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules.

Perform deep technology root cause analysis and performance improvement

Perform source code auditing.

Performance Tuning – ability to analyse and fine tune existing programs.

Job Monitoring

Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery.

Good problem solving and analytical skills

Customer facing skill. Worked with European customersDevelop the solution as per the requirements with good quality and performance.

Apply SAP & Hana best practices and Golden rules and architect recommendation

Perform deep technology root cause analysis and performance improvement

Performance Tuning – ability to analyse and fine tune existing programs.

Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery.

Good problem solving and analytical skills

Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers

Propose & develop the right ergonomic solution as per the requirements with good quality and performance.
