Role Description :

  • This is a fulltime onsite role located in Bandra for a Business Analyst.
  • The Business Analyst will be responsible for using analytical skills to understand and develop business processes, gather business requirements, and provide communication and solutions to stakeholders to support business initiatives.

What will I be doing :

As a BA you will :

Create and maintain a backlog of stories for the technical delivery team using best practices

  • Be the subject matter expert for the business processes within the relevant business domain
  • Produce high quality documentation that clearly states all business requirements
  • Write training materials and provide training to internal stakeholders (documentation, online video)

What skills and experience would I need :

  • We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (1+ years) to join the our team.
  • You will support the Engineering manager and work as part of the technical delivery team to identify, scope and deliver the business requirements for a wide array of business problems.
  • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for both business and technical stakeholders, as well as the backlog of stories for the technical delivery team.

  • Delivery focused and highly organised.
  • Knowledgeable about the Agile Delivery methodology and key concepts such as stories, story points, acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
